Tender, Succulent & Delicious Chicken Wings to Savour
Chicken wings, one of those delicate and tender parts of the bird which are enjoyed in a number of ways, have seen many variations and adaptations in several cuisines in the last few years. While earlier we would only add them to our stockpots to flavour the liquid which could be used in making soups, sauces, gravies, etc, today there are a number of mix-n-match ways to incorporate chicken wings to relish.

While one of the most popular and all-time favourites of most of us remains to be the chicken lollypops, the Indo- Chinese tadka variety cooked to perfection with a nice vibrant orange-red colour and spice factors attached to it for that perfect munch on snack bite. I personally liked experimenting with chicken wings from the classic Indian recipes to wrapping them with noodles and baking/ steaming/ frying them, serving them with an assortment of dips and sauces to add to the mouthfeel and experience.
